About Abu Hail Metro Station
Abu Hail Metro Station (G17) is an elevated station on the Green Line in Nol Zone 1, serving the Abu Hail and Hor Al Anz residential neighbourhoods in Deira. The station runs along Abu Hail Road and is the metro gateway for a cluster of mid-density residential areas that house a large working population — primarily South Asian, Filipino, and Arab families and singles. The abu hail metro station is directly adjacent to Abu Hail Centre mall and within easy walking distance of the community mosque and local park.
About Hor Al Anz — Abu Hail Metro Station Area
Hor Al Anz is a mid-density Deira residential district with a strong community character — established enough to have mature street-level retail, schools, a large park, and a neighbourhood mosque, but compact enough that most daily needs are within a 10–15 minute walk. The abu hail metro station anchors the main Abu Hail Road, making this otherwise bus-dependent area metro-accessible for the first time since 2011. Residents here skew toward working families and labour accommodation blocks serving Deira's commercial district.
