UAE Exchange Station (R42) is the western terminus of the main Red Line. Named after the UAE Exchange currency exchange company, the station serves the Jebel Ali Village and surrounding industrial and residential communities. It functions as a major bus interchange for workers commuting from Jebel Ali's industrial zones and provides connections to Sharjah and Abu Dhabi via long-distance coaches.

Operating Hours
Metro runs 05:00–00:00 Monday–Thursday and Saturday–Sunday. On Fridays the service starts late: 10:00–01:00. Plan accordingly for early Friday mornings.
Terminal Station
UAE Exchange is the last stop in this direction. Trains terminate and return from here. Allow a few extra minutes if catching the last service of the day.
